• No more than 22 persons allowed at all time at the property (Inside and/or Outside)
• Families and kids are always welcome
• Kids under 5 years old are not counted in the number of persons
• Groups of persons of the same age must have 50% of the guests over 21 years old.
• No pets allowed at all time on the property land
• Parking Spaces is 8 cars maximum other cars must be parked 2km from the villa.
• Noise, Party or Reception: No music or noise can be heard 100 feet from the villa, any party will be terminated with immediate expulsion.
• It is forbidden to use any fireworks.
• It is forbidden to have an amplifier or speakers outside, theses are municipality laws.
• Outside Fire: There is interdiction from the municipality for outside fire. You may face fines from the authorities it is forbidden to do an outside fire.
• Outside Swimming Pool:
  • Kids must be under an adult surveillance at all time
  • Person with long hair must attach them or were a hair cover.
  • The blanket must be put back on the pool then not in use.
• Prices are not taxable for vacation rentals
• Reservation deposit: 50% of the rental amount or 100% if less than 30 days before arrival
• Security deposit of $1000 on the day of arrival with a credit card pre-authorization
• Cancellation Policy: You may not change your dates except for extending your stay. If you wish to cancel your reservation we will make the dates of your reservation available for other customers to rent. If a customer rents the Villa at the same dates your reservation deposit will be refund less a 200$ administration charge. If no customers rent the dates you have cancel the reservation deposit will be lost.
• Departures are before noon, arrivals after 5H00pm.
  • For a small fee of $125, arrival and departure hours may be extended, when available.
