How can I pay for the rental ?

Paypal is an eBay company very secure for online credit card transaction. You don't need a paypal account to make your payment with or or American Express. When you get the paypal screen choose CONTINUE on the left side. It will ask you for all the information we need for the payment.

You can choose the Offline payement: : Cash, Money Order, Bank Draft, Interac and Credit Card by fax. With this option your reservation will be hold for 48 hours. You need to contact us by phone 514-953-7700 or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to let us know your method of payment or your reservation will be cancel Cash: You need to communicate with us to make an appointment with in 48 hours. Money Order or Bank Draft: You have to send us by fax or e-mail a scan of the money order or bank draft that will be sent with in 48 hours. Credit cart by fax: We will send you a document that you need to fax or scan and send by email with in 48 hours. How can i collect the other guests I want to invite?

• You may use www.paypal.com to send and collect money from your friend. They can use credit card or bank transfer. When you have the money you can use PayPal on our Web site to pay the reservation.

Can I make a reservation before I collect everyone?

• We can't reserve dates without the reservation deposit. When you make a reservation if you want to cancel you have to use our Cancellation Policy witch is down below.

How much is the reservation deposit?

• If you arrival is more than 30 days from now, 50% is needed to make a reservation. If the arrival date is less than 30 days from now 100% of the rental amount is needed.

What is your cancellation policy?

• Cancellation Policy: You may not change your dates except for extending your stay. If you wish to cancel your reservation we will make the dates of your reservation available for other customers to rent. If a customer rents the Villa at the same dates your reservation deposit will be refund less a 200$ administration charge. If no customers rent the dates you have cancel the reservation deposit will be lost.

Can I visit the property before making a reservation?

We don't offer visiting services. There are many reasons why:

• We have to many demands to offer this service.
• We don't disturb the customers during there stay.
• We don't disturb the neighbors.
• Cleaning schedules are complicated and when a property is ready for the next guests we keep it this way.
• We have lots of pictures and information on our Web site.

Can I have the address of the Villa to see outside?

• For the same reasons as per the visiting we give address only to the customers who rents. We never give the address to someone that is not the renter we never know if this person is invited or not to the Villa. It's the renter responsibility to send the information document to there guests.

How the cleanup is working?

• We clean the house and change beds linens witch are professionally clean by a Laundries. You may choose to have house keeping service during your stay the option is available in the reservation form. Before you leave you need to take all garbage out and leave the house without anything of your personals. You need also to cleanup the dishes. The house need to be in a reasonable clean state. If this is not done there will be charges on your security deposit.
