• You must be 25 years old or more to rent this property, if the majority of your group is under 25 years old the presence of parents is needed at all time.
• No pets are allowed on the property land at all time.
• You have to follow Morin Heights municipality laws that can be viewed on the municipality web site.
• Prices are not taxable for vacation rentals
• Reservation deposit: 50% of the rental amount, 100% of the amount 1 month before arrival
• Security deposit of $1000 on the day of arrival with a credit card pre-authorization
• Cancellation Policy: You may not change your dates except for extending your stay. If you wish to cancel your reservation we will make the dates of your reservation available for other customers to rent. If a customer rents the Villa at the same dates your reservation deposit will be refund less a 200$ administration charge. If no customers rent the dates you have cancel the reservation deposit will be lost.
• Departures are before noon, arrivals after 5H00pm.For a small fee of $200, arrival and departure hours may be extended, when available.
• The options for early arrival and late departure are only available if the villa is not rented. If you take one or both of the options and the villa become unavailable the option will become unavailable and it will be refunded to you.
